It takes a special leader to manage a multi-year program like Women and the Web. Beatrice works with several international and local stakeholders, oversees dozens of trainers and volunteers, captures program metrics, and troubleshoots any number of challenges that come up. She has done all of this with professionalism and grace, and has made important contributions to the Women and the Web program that have made it more appealing and accessible to the community at large.
